Nike Disrupts The Sleek Air Max Plus With An Oily Metallic Green Panel

Nike Disrupts The Sleek Air Max Plus With An Oily Metallic Green Panel

For a sneaker whose design was largely inspired by Florida’s beaches, the Nike Air Max Plus has gone on to attract much notoriety within the U.K. and Australia, thanks in large part to its debut statement-making colorways and hefty price tag. Though abandoning the bold gradients, the model’s upcoming chrome-like arrangement still keeps the personality that’s made the sneaker a “Best-Seller” overseas.

Textile bases opt for a “White” styling that takes a backseat to the ’98-silhouette’s most signature details. Palm tree-like TPU lines run the entirety of the upper and don a metallic silver finish; Forefoot, tongue and heel overlays follow suit in the shimmering arrangement. Elsewhere, mudguards underneath polished profile Swooshes introduce a divergent “Metallic Green” sheen. Midsoles and outsoles don’t partake in any of the shiny or oily aesthetics, but the former’s visible Air heel unit sports a faint orange hue.

No release information is yet known for this Air Max Plus, but pairs are likely to hit Nike.com as Air Max Day (March 26th) inches closer. Until then, enjoy official images of the shoes here below.
