Browsing through the back clearance walls of Nike Factory Stores can usually lead to a) great discounts and b) rare gems. Scattered along those shelves are product samples, usually shoes that have already released, but occasionally you will stumble upon a shoe that Nike deemed unsuitable for production for various reasons. Here’s another look at the unreleased version of the Nike Air Max 2010 in a women’s colorway of metallic silver, hot pink, and grey; perhaps Nike felt the design of the shoe was too similar to the Air Max 2009 or wear-tests didn’t go as planned – who can really tell.
