New to the Windy City is Carlos Boozer who, during the offseason, signed a healthy long-term contract with the Chicago Bulls. Carlos Boozer, considered to be one of the greatest second-round draft picks in the history of the NBA, is a double-double lock and definitely puts Chicago back into the NBA Championship picture.
