If you need another reason to understand that 2011 will be an even bigger year for the Air Jordan Retro, look no further. Slated to release in April 2011 is the Air Jordan VII ‘Bordeaux’, an original colorway of the Air Jordan VII that Michael wore during the 1992 NBA All-Star Game. The ‘Bordeaux’ nickname comes from the official color-code of the shoe, noting the wine-red hue of the Jumpman on the upper. This new image of a sample version of the upcoming Retro release shows that the re-issue will be very close to the original, which should leave many OG Jordan-heads very pleased. Take another look after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for more info. via wreckinkickz.
