REE is known best for his great Sn’eads comics and his great artwork for the Sneaker Con May 2011 flyer, but check out his latest sneaker pick-up – the Nike Air Max 1 iD inspired by the Air Jordan XI Space Jam. Nike iD allows sneakerheads to put almost any concept onto a sneaker, and with the recent Space Jam craze involving the SB Dunks, REE decided to make use of the translucent outsole option and design a pair after the Number 1 Sneaker of 2009 (according to Sneaker News). The upper featurs crinkled patent, nubuck, and black mesh for a tonal black appeal, and a varsity royal inner lining and Max Air unit. We’ve seen some great Air Max 1 iD concepts in the past, so where does REE’s Space Jams rank? Check out the extra images below and let us know what you think.
