Some have criticized what is now the NBA’s second black and white palette, suggesting it’s too simple or decrying the shield in place of the team’s namesake. Others have noted the elegance of this ‘dressy’ color combo, its versatility and even the outside potential for some wild alternate looks. Those folks will be more quickly drawn to this Gourmet 22 L that seems to be a 1 of 1 for Jay-Z himself, a pair whose Goyard-patterned heel tabs showing just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to unique textures that’d look great on a black/white base. Click through to see more, let us know how these compare to some of Jay’s other ‘PEs’ and check back with us for more Brooklyn Nets sneakers as we approach the Barclays Center opening this fall. via HB
