adidas Originals Consortium ‘Your Story’ – Second Drop

We’ve understood the concept of  ‘A story told through sneakers’ for decades. It can be established that first recognized athletic sneaker – the Converse Chuck Taylor – was a story in itself, bringing the rebellious attitude to an organized sport. adidas recently embarked upon a refreshed ‘Your Story’ capsule earlier this month, creating five distinct colorways transferred through memories of the Olympics from a select group of notable individuals, and continues with the Second Drop with five more special edition models. The collaborators engulf a wide range of influence, from artist/designer Stefan Glerum of Amsterdam (Decade Hi) and Junior Olympic swimmer Shaniqwa Jarvis (ZX500).
