Kobe Bryant has absolutely owned Madison Square Garden throughout his career, but with the Lakers struggling to mesh and the Knicks playing their greatest basketball since the ’94 Finals squad, the Black Mamba couldn’t pull out a win. He didn’t have a bad night by any means, tallying 31 points and 10 boards while debuting the Black/Sulfur colorway of the Nike Kobe 8 officially dubbed the ‘Away’.
