The Nike Dunk High “Dubai” is a sneaker that’s doubled up in exclusivity. First of all, they were an employee on pair, and regular customers never got the chance to grab them at retail. Secondly it was just a handful of European Nike employees who were privy to the pairs, apparently after winning some sort of internal competition out in Dubai. Interestingly enough the shoes come in a NIKE iD box, despite their supreme detailing obviously pushing them way over that standard level of customization.
