Earlier today we filled you in on next week’s live webcast of the KD 7 Launch signature shoe, which will feature Kevin Durant and Nike Basketball Design Director Leo Chang in a Q&A with sports commentary legend Ahmad Rashad. You may not have noticed, but the thermal graphic of the hurricane, which struck lightning at certain areas of the basketball court, actually maps out Kevin Durant’s shot chart during his career high 54-point game against the Golden State Warriors. A cool easter egg of info since you were probably distracted by the “Weatherman” graphics, so check out a the video once more below with some key screenshots as well as KD’s aforementioned 54-point game and stay tuned for the official launch of the Nike KD 7 on June 25th.
