After the experimental tendencies of the Jordan Shine, JB opened up the accessibility of their lifestyle Jordans for a much broader audience. They kick things off with the Jordan Instigator, a shoe that continues 2015’s tradition of unique heels on basketball branded silhouettes (we see you Kyrie 1). The shoe’s most noticeable feature after you get over the pyramid heel plate has to be the toebox being dipped in patent leather while a near gradient of the material then fades into a suede-like construction throughout the rest of the silhouette. The outsole is still rooted in the Air Jordan 1, and with two brand new Chicago inspirations in black and red, Jordan continues to prove that it can hold its own outsole the hardwood realm.
