When Jordan Brand announced that it would be remastering all retros to ensure a quality and traditionalism that the Jumpman was known for back when Mike was actually playing, sneakerheads the world over hoped that would mean more ‘Nike Air’ branded models would be on the way. We’re getting our wish with the upcoming Air Jordan 6 “Maroon” and All-Star Weekend’s Air Jordan 4 “White/Cement”. What’s more is that Nike just showcased some awesome comparison shots of the original retros side-by-side with the upcoming 2016 release slate. The preview even has an Air Jordan 5 “Black/Metallic” with traditionally white Nike Air stitching on the heel and Nike branding on what looks like an icy outsole slated for a forthcoming release. Check out a full look below and we’ll keep you updated on all of the upcoming Jordan releases via our release dates page.
