The Nike Air Max 97 Triple Black finally has a release date: August 5th. Select retailers have already advertised the women’s size run as available for this Saturday, but we’ll have to wait and see if the coveted all-black-everything rendition of Nike’s Air Max retro of choice is available on Nike.com this weekend.
The Air Max 97 is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary with a number of awesome retro releases for this late-summer early-fall time of year with plans of the Nike Air Max 97 OG Black/Neon planning to release in the near future. But if you’re looking for a pair that you can rock with anything, then this is the option for you. Nike also manages to hide the traditional reflective 3M panels which light up the sneaker when light hits the retro silhouette.
