Nike Presents The Air Max 97 In A Familiar “Yeezy” Colorway

Nike continues to please us with new colorways the “retro” of the year – the Air Max 97. Although there’s connection to this runner with the long-gone hip-hop artist/influencer, this new colorway reminds of Kanye West’s “Blink” composition on the original Air Yeezy, a shoe that released in late Spring of 2009. All that’s really missing is a hint of the light green hue given off by the glow-in-the-dark sole. We’re winding down to the end of the the 20th Anniversary of the Air Max 97, but don’t expect Nike to put these back in the vault; with regained relevancy, the Air Max 97 will surely be a staple on store shelves for years to come.
