Nike Blends The Original Air Max Plus Colorways

Nike’s tendency to combine pre-existing ideals – whether it be hybridized silhouettes or combined colorways – usually works out well, but this time around, some questionable decisions were made. Adorning this new Air Max Plus iteration is a combination of two of the sneakers OG color schemes – the Royal and the Sunset. Using black as its backdrop, the Swoosh mixes the two colors into the upper in a strange triangular pattern that also takes shape on a new-look tongue logo. This look will certainly be a head-scratcher for loyal fans of OG Air Max color schemes, but has the potential to entice new customers due to its boisterous aesthetic.
