Ross Dwyer As adidas continues their company-wide push towards exclusively using recycled plastics in their products, many a new collaborative Parley silhouette has popped up. From the Ultra Boost to the adidas Deerupt, almost all of the Three Stripes’ flagship models have received Parley’s ocean plastics makeover, and now a new take on the adidas NMD STLT has been revealed. The shoe displays the collaborative partners’ propensity to find unique new ways of combining black and blue, as the Primeknit upper arrives in a dark black while light accents arrive via interwoven, aqua-colored fibers that peek through the black base. Further aqua detailing arrives on the heel tab and collar, and the shoe is rounded off with a tonal black Boost midsole, black midsole bricks, and a black outsole.
