Despite Black History Month being over by quite a few months, Nike is continuing to push the momentous holiday’s colorful prints as this Air Max 98 dons a suit of vibrant mosaics and aggressive geometric shapes. Maximal in all the right ways, this newest scheme opts for a design a bit wilder than the brand’s collection from back in February; mudguards don spikes and tiled accents in an almost glitched black and blue while adjacent panels follow though just a few decibels quieter. In-between molds are black for a separating neutral note with deep oranges and subtle purples filling the textile material’s more contemporary graphic. Tones found throughout the aforementioned arrive on various detailing as well, connecting the theme along the tongue, branding hits, air bubble, and more. Grab a detailed look at the forthcoming pair below, and if you’re looking to celebrate year-round, stay tuned for their somewhat late release at select retailers and Nike.com soon.
