Concepts Teases Another Nike Kyrie 5 Collaboration Dubbed “Orion’s Belt”

Though often looking to the skies on their own for inspiration, Nike is now reuniting with longtime friend Concepts for a bit of stargazing in tandem with the Kyrie 5. Seeing to many a collaboration in the past few months — with its Spongebob Squarepants creations surely one of the most notable among them — the silhouette is now showing off a fondness for constellations, or, more specifically, Orion’s Belt. Teased all the way back in August, we’ve only recently gotten official dates thanks to @deonpoint himself, setting the stage for its drop at the end of this month. Palettes, though bearing mostly cool tones, are still somehow varied, showing off a barely noticeable gradient at the lower lateral that transitions into a much bright shade as it makes its way up to the top line. Sole units match this more exuberant color just as the heel supports and lining, with contrast arriving by way of a gold lace shield as well as dark navy at the foxing detail, laces, and tongue — the latter of which takes on the celestial pattern against its nighttime reminiscent backdrop. Grab a quick look at the pair right here and find it rolling out exclusively to the retailer and possibly Nike.com on its confirmed October 26th release date.
