Jovani Hernandez The Nike Space Hippie line officially debuts on June 11th, but already boasts a fan-favorite: the Space Hippie 04.
Launching in women’s sizing, the 04 features a shorter silhouette than its three Space Hippie counterparts. Space Waste Yarn uppers – which revel in a “Dark Lint” makeup accented with “Volt” profile Swooshes – are comprised of approximately 85% recycled polyester from yarn scraps, plastic bottles, and t-shirts. Underfoot, the eco-friendly story continues as Crater Foam midsoles use ZoomX surplus from the NEXT% line. Unlike an adjacent, launch Space Hippie 04, this pair’s sole units are clad in a chambray-like blue instead of “Light Lint.”
The Space Hippie 04 “Volt” arrives exclusively to Nike SNKRS (US) and Nike SNEAKRS on June 11th with a price tag of $130 USD. Inaugural pairs will only be available in women’s extended sizes. While you wait, enjoy official images of the shoes here below.
