The Nike Air Max 97 Adapts The Famed “Laser Blue” Colorway

While not celebrating a milestone anniversary, the Nike Air Max 97 has received more than a handful of notable colorways throughout 2020. The latest borrows the classic “Laser Blue” that’s emerged on other beloved silhouettes within the Air Max family.

“White” leather and mesh throughout the model’s upper sets the stage for “Black” and “Laser Blue” accents, with the latter hue taking over profile Swooshes. Detailing across the tongue also indulge in the vibrant tone, as do pull tabs on the tongue and heel. Underfoot, this Air Max 97 features a predominantly “Black” sole unit, though its tonal color scheme is interrupted by the pair’s titular at the full-length Airbag and across the outsole.

Official release date details are still unknown, but this summer-ready Air Max 97 is likely to arrive to Nike.com soon. In the meantime, enjoy official images of the pair here below.

Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, the Jordan 4 Off White finally launches on July 25th.
