Converse Brings The Chuck Taylor Signature To The Chuck 70

While often overshadowed by its NIKE, Inc. counterparts, Converse has had an impressive 2020. The Draymond Green-endorsed G4 has served as a notable stride within the basketball space, but the brand’s lifestyle-oriented endeavors haven’t gone unnoticed. On this end, the latest Chuck 70 opts for a familiar colorway, but features the iconic “Chuck Taylor” signature to new life.

Clad in “Rose Gold”, uppers boast the silhouette’s traditional canvas construction. White stitching, two-tone medial ankle branding, and “Egret” toes and laces work in-tandem to deliver stark contrast to the titular hue. Lateral profiles sport “Black” script text: left shoes take “Chuck” while right shoes take “Taylor”. Underfoot, the cross-cultural staple indulges in the tried-and-tested as it sits atop an “Egret/Black” sole unit featuring a brown tread.
