Michael Le Alongside new reveals, Jordan Brand’s Spring 2021 preview has also proffered better looks at already confirmed releases. Of the most exciting, the Air Jordan 1 “University Blue” is scheduled to land first thing in the Spring, continuing the brand’s homage to UNC in tandem with the Air Jordan 4 University Blue.
Familiar in color, the pair takes its titular tone and applies it throughout the genuine leather construction. The toe cap, ankle flap, counter, and eye stays all brandish in the bright cool tone, while neutrals of both a black and white variety lie underneath. The latter dresses the mid-panel up the toe cap and then matches those with the nylons of the tongue; the former, which lays in parallel, wraps the instep with flat laces and finishes the side profile as well as the collar with the usual branded fixtures.
