Michael Le As expected, the Air Jordan 3 has a big part to play in the coming year. And well before it dresses up in Georgetown colors, the silhouette will be bringing up the past as it revives the “Cool Grey” palette that last saw the light of day in 2007.
Though relatively true-to-form in color, the pair upgrades its materials dramatically. Premium genuine leathers outfit much of the upper in the grey neutral, while the midsole complements a bit darker with its matted finish. Adjacent, the overlays are highlighted in elephant print, their cracks a close tonal match to the aforementioned trim. Bits of Orange Peel then squeeze their way in atop, coating the hard shell of the eyelets by the vamp and the loop that sandwiches the boldened Sport Red Jumpman embroidery.
