This Neon-Based Nike Air Max 90 Features See-Through Vinyl Swooshes And Tongues

Whether it’s pirate radio-related motifs or embossed shamrocks for St. Patrick’s Day, the Nike Air Max 90 has been indulging in creative design elements recently. The fun continues on an upcoming offering that uses varying neon shades and vinyl overlays.

The pair sees a clean, white base constructed of mesh and leather elements. A mix of vivid pink, purple, and green are applied to the TPU elements on the lacestays, mudguard, heel tab, and cassette, bearing some resemblance to Buzz Lightyear’s colors. Vinyl overlays are placed over the green Swoosh and tongue label, adding an unexpected touch of luster. Underfoot, all the bright colors meet again to piece the outsole together.

While a release date for the Air Max 90 has not yet been announced, you can expect the pair to arrive at Nike.com and the retailers listed below for $120 when they drop.

For more from the Swoosh, this Air Force 1 features Team Red accents and gold lace dubraes.

Updated March 15th, 2021: The shoes are available now at Nike.
