Jasmine Tang After unveiling two new colorways of the Nike Waffle One this month, the Swoosh is keeping the momentum going for the new silhouette. Deviating from the brown-based pair devised in collaboration with Social Status and a cool-toned, women’s-exclusive Waffle One, the third offering to emerge opts for a subdued color palette
Seemingly taking design cues from the UNDERCOVER Nike Daybreak and the sacai Waffle, the pair sees uppers composed of an ultra-fine white mesh complemented paired with suede overlays around the heel, laces, and toe in a neutral Summit White. The white leather Swoosh and stacked, jagged midsole offset the cream-colored elements to further embrace a sleek aesthetic. Underfoot, a black grippy outsole is found with a hit of orange towards the heel to add signature Nike branding.
