Bad Bunny and adidas Originals seem prepared to launch the Puerto Rican superstar’s adidas Forum Lo collaboration soon, as pairs have recently made their way to influencers and friends of both parties.

Although the reggaetonero previewed a collaborative sneaker with the Three Stripes back in October, the predominantly white pair differed from the shoes Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio has worn during some of his WWE appearances. While the silhouette is rooted in basketball heritage, the 26-year-old has applied an arrangement to it ostensibly inspired by the great outdoors.

For starters, the color palette skews to light brown, cream and tan tones, while the traditional lockdown strap across the top of the tongue boasts a heavier-duty buckle than usual. Heels feature a bungee strap that presumably enables added security to the wearer (as well as functional flair). Ever the bold dresser, Bad Bunny adds his cartoon bunny logo to the outsole, while branding labels on the tongue with “El Ojo” (“The Eye”). Lastly, Velcro components of the lockdown straps reveal a statement of the artist’s unapologetic attitude regarding his oft-criticized fashion sensibility: “YO VISTO ASí” (which can be translated into “I DRESS LIKE THIS” or “I DRESS THIS WAY”; the man has said it himself: Y.H.L.Q.M.D.L.G.).

Enjoy detailed images of Bad Bunny’s adidas sneakers here below, including their accompanying skate deck, coffee paraphernalia, extra laces and interchangeable tongue accessories.

In confirmed release dates from the German sportswear manufacturer, the Yeezy 700 Kyanite arrives on March 27th.

UPDATE (03/11/2021):
The adidas CONFIRMED app has recently confirmed Bad Bunny’s first adidas collaboration as launching on March 17th. Inspired by the Puerto Rican artist’s morning coffee, the shoes will arrive with three sets of laces, a double tongue and a removable buckle strap.
