Due likely in part to the recent return of DQM’s “Bacon” colorway, Nike has ostensibly given the Air Max 90 some extra attention. And as a result, we’re getting some of the best inline releases the silhouette has received in some time. The latest, which pairs “Dutch Green” with “Shimmer,” is certainly no exception.
A perfect but not overt homage to Spring, the pair leads aggressively with its brighter pastels. The titular pink dresses throughout the overlays, whose materials bear suedes along the mudguard and smoother leathers immediately adjacent. The mesh, in slight departure, tints a somewhat darkened white, complementing both the lining, midsole, and laces. Finally, the aforementioned green comes into play along the side Swoosh, the tongue’s woven label, and the Air Unit’s ribbed molds.

In other news, the Bad Bunny Forum Low Easter Egg offers some pink hues of its own.
