After an understated collaboration with Kim Jones, the Converse Chuck 70 has emerged in two plant-inspired patchwork styles.
Free of any leather, the forthcoming duo predominantly boasts tonal arrangements, with either “Rose Taupe” or “Gravel” reveling in the spotlight. Tongues indulge in their respective palette’s lightest hues, with medial sidewalls forgoing the mishmash makeup of the lateral profile. As has become signature of Converse‘s most iconic silhouette, the sole units underfoot maintain their standard “Egret” color, with license plates and outsoles rounding out the pairs in mostly “Black”.
A stateside Converse.com release is likely in the works, but this leather-free duo is currently available now at select European retailers.
