Although the Air Jordan 1 has become one of the most popular Michael Jordan signature sneakers (arguably besting the Air Jordan 11 in recent years), the silhouette hasn’t rested on its laurels. Peter Moore’s 36-year-old design has indulged in new technologies and materials as it’s catered to modern times. And while some experiments have garnered mixed results, the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT has quickly been lauded for ultra comfortability.
For its next ensemble, the reworked model has surfaced in an eye-catching “Sesame/Psychic Blue/White/Black” color palette. Mesh underlays visible across the collar and cut-out profile swooshes indulge in the darkest tone of the bunch, while tumbled leather across the toe and mid foot, and the exposed foam inner-“bootie” deviate in a warm weather-friendly light blue. The remainder of the Jordan 1-variant’s upper, then, sports a tan hue that’s previously appeared on other options from NIKE, Inc. Together, each color creates a non-original, but compelling style that sits atop a “White’ midsole and fresh, partly-semi-translucent outsole.
