The Nike Vapormax Plus is no longer the latest silhouette to don the reimagined visible Air-cushioning system. Yet, it’s boasted a longer shelf-life than predecessors due to its heritage design and compelling colorways.
Recently seen commemorating Ken Griffey Jr.’s “Spider-Man” catch, the Vapormax Plus has just surfaced in a predominantly “Black/White” color arrangement. Hits of vibrant pink, however, animate the tongue, lateral heel and mid-foot shank. The Nike Air Max Plus-inspired TPU overlays along the profiles unquestionably overshadow the fluorescent rose tone, but they play a secondary role to the rich green that takes over the entire Vapormax unit underfoot. Together, the color palette delivers an ensemble that’s ready for both Halloween and South Beach.
An official Nike.com release date hasn’t been disclosed, but this pair is likely to quietly arrive before autumn. In the meantime, enjoy images of the shoes ahead.
