Confirmed alongside new uniforms for France’s national basketball teams, the Quai 54 x Air Jordan 1 Low has recently emerged via official images.
While predominantly clad in a simple white and black color palette, the forthcoming retro indulges in modernized West African patterns across its collar, inner lining and sock-liner. The geometric print further maintains a greyscale makeup, while introducing hits of red flair to the Air Jordan 1-variant. Jumpman logos assume their standard position on the tongue, but “23” text on the center of the laces are replaced with “54”; elsewhere, the traditional “Wings” insignia on the heel is abandoned in favor of a patch featuring the Parisian basketball tournament’s logo. Underfoot, the special pair rounds out its ensemble with a semi-translucent scarlet outsole.
Enjoy official images of the low-top Jordan 1 ahead, as you wait for a Nike.com release on July 10th.
