A few months ago, Nike celebrated the 50th anniversary of its Swoosh logo with the “First Use” pack that dressed signature styles that featured metallic Swoosh lace dubraes and the Swoosh’s birth date. Pride in the check continues as a slew of logos is repeated on an upcoming GS Nike Air Force 1.
This near triple-white arrangement flaunts tumbled leather uppers and is void of the signature profile Swoosh overlays. Instead, the lateral side boasts decals of the check in various shades of grey as well as an embroidered mini Swoosh at the heel. The grey logos and the bright pink embroidery create a color palette reminiscent of that applied to the Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared.” As for the medial side, only a pink embroidered Swoosh at the heel is found. The aforementioned vivid hue is applied to branding on the tongue label the complete this sleek GS offering that embraces pride in one of the world’s most recognized logos.
Take a closer look at the AF 1 below, which will hit Nike.com in the coming months at a price of $80.
