Germany’s Overkill boutique has left its impression on consumers across the globe thanks to handfuls of compelling sneaker collaborations over the last 18 years. To coincide with the release of its adidas EQT CSG ’91, the team behind the graffiti and streetwear hub has announced a new retail location.
Situated at Hahnenstrasse 20 in Cologne, the latest space is Overkill’s first “brick-and-mortar” establishment outside of Berlin. Designed alongside the architectural practice, plus4930, Overkill Cologne delivers an impressive boutique look achieved with Italian marble, brushed stainless steel and other high-quality details. The shop carries around 450 pairs of different sneakers, with dozens belonging to the adidas ZX series, as well as a curated selection of apparel and accessories. The Overkill adidas EQT prepped for the line’s 30th anniversary will see an in-store launch at the Cologne location, with any leftover pairs releasing via the brand’s online store later that day. Previously sold-out sneakers will also be available on the shop’s opening day to kick off yet another addition to the German institution’s storied portfolio.
Enjoy images of Overkill Cologne here below and visit the shop tomorrow, October 16th, beginning at 10 a.m. CET.
For other adidas-branded sneakers, check out the YEEZY 350 V2 “MX Oat” set to drop on October 23rd.
