The footwear courtship of LeBron James was a competitive one back in 2002-2003. Nike, Reebok, Jordan, and adidas were all individually vying for the services of the projected top pick in the absolutely stacked 2003 NBA Draft, and during his final year donning Saint Vincent-Saint Mary’s green and gold, LeBron rotated some incredible Player Exclusive colorways across those brands. Some of the standouts include the Air Jordan 9, the Reebok Question, the Shox VC2, the Zoom 2k3, and this particular trio of adidas silhouettes.
The T-Mac 1, T-Mac 2, and Pro Model 2G were all worn by the King throughout that final season, with each featuring his 23 logo embroidered onto the upper in true PE fashion. 2022’s reissues bring back that striking colorways down to a tee, although these will have no obvious connection to LeBron as he decided on signing with Nike in 2003.
This entire set will release individually at adidas retailer partners such as Finishline and JD Sports on February 17th; peruse the gallery of official images ahead and stay tuned for the latest.
