Another Spring-Ready Nike Waffle One Crater Appears

The Nike Waffle One Crater is a newer proposition in the brand’s lineup of products, but it’s helping the company advance its sustainability efforts.

Inspired by vintage Nike Running models, the silhouette debuted in the aftermath of the sacai x LDV Waffle‘s success. Knit and leather construction makes up the bulk of the pair’s top-half, with up-cycled Crater Foam cushioning – introduced via the Nike Space Hippie line – landing underfoot in its standard multi-color finish. The mix of faint blue and mint that dominates the upper is complimented by the grey waffle-patterned tread down below, harkening back to Nike’s performance-running models from the 1970s.
