Spring-Appropriate “Lilac” Appears On The Nike Dunk Low

Spring-Appropriate “Lilac” Appears On The Nike Dunk Low

As the Nike Dunk Low continues to top wish-lists everywhere, the Oregon-based company has capitalized on the shoe’s popularity to promote its sustainable efforts.

Recently, the late Peter Moore’s 1985 design appeared in a straightforward, two-tone color combination seemingly inspired by spring. “White” leather sets the stage for a compelling “Lilac” hue that animates overlays around the toe, along the tongue and across the heel. “NIKE” and swoosh branding on the tongue label and profiles, respectively, also indulge in the light purple tone, further expanding the Nike Dunk‘s iconic roster of styles. Underfoot, the Air Jordan 1-reminiscent sole unit keeps things as simple as the upper, with tread boasting the titular “Lilac” color, all while helping the Swoosh with its eco-friendly efforts (outsoles are made from recycled material).

Enjoy official images of the low-top shoe ahead, and anticipate a Nike SNKRS launch before summer ends.
