Jovani Hernandez After months of anticipation, the adidas Yeezy Foam Runner finally releases in an “Onyx” colorway tomorrow, June 8th.
As was the case with Yeezy Slides, fans had been asking for an all-black pair of Ye’s slip-on shoe since the pair first hit the internet several years ago. “Onyx” (which isn’t completely pitch-dark) takes over the entirety of the shoe, from the porous upper to the oddly-shaped tread underfoot. The footbed maintains its standard design, although several fans have expressed their eagerness for a Yeezy Foam Runner v2 offering soon. Nevertheless, the latest from the former “Kanye West” is sure to sell out, taking over social media feeds shortly after.
