With the expected return of Jamal Murray sometime this season and Dejounte Murray having teamed up with Trae Young out in Atlanta, the brand’s hoops stars will need a new slate of colorways to grace the New Balance TWO WXY V2 as the 2022-23 NBA season quickly approaches.
Having only seen two other tonal combinations so far, the latest offering features an icy blue hue retain a majority of the silhouette’s real estate adorning the Fit Weave Lite upper, “new balance” embossed heel counter and white speckled FuelCell midsole. The sapphire tonal spectrum is furthered in a “Deep Violet” shade touching down throughout the collar and inner lining as the semi-translucent blue outsole includes glimpses into the deep plum ABZORB heel cushioning unit. The full breadth of the rainbow is enlisted for the model’s “N” logo in a boastful conclusion to the color palette.
