Daiki Tsuneta, Founder Of King Gnu And millennium parade, Receives His Own adidas Superstar

atmos has collaborated with adidas numerous times over the course of the Fall, inviting names like XLARGE and FACE to join in on the fun. And for their latest endeavor with the Three Stripes, the legendary retailer is tapping into the talents of a music artist equally as renowned: Daiki Tsuneta.

Unlike the diverse sound of his two music acts — King Gnu and millennium parade — Daiki Tsuneta’s adidas Superstar is somewhat one note at a glance. Layered over top with white stripes and matching tongue branding, the pair leans heavily on one shade of blue, which dresses the leather construction throughout, the midsole, and the silhouette’s signature shell toe. Tsuneda on-stage energy does come through somewhat by way of the sockliner and outsole, both of which feature a print designed by the artist himself.

For a closer look at the Daiki Tsuneda x atmos x adidas Superstar, see below. A raffle via atmos-tokyo.com will go live from November 22nd to November 25th, with winners to be announced on November 26th.

In other news, adidas just debuted the alphaBOOST V1.
