Mike McDaniel began his reign as the Dolphins head coach in a pair of Supreme x Air Force 1’s and hasn’t looked back since, employing a myriad of high-profile silhouette’s and collaborators during his time on the sidelines leading Miami to an 8-5 record. While this upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low doesn’t share the same allure and appeal of his past efforts its identical color blocking makes it a prime choice for McDaniel’s and Dolphins fans alike to rock on game day.
Dominating its smooth leather upper in a duo of white and teal, the silhouettes typical arrangements are flipped as the titular blue hue emanates from its vamp and connecting tongue construction and sock liner whereas its mudguard and laces proffer a crisp white finish. Furthering its colorless impact across the midfoot and quarter overlays, the back half of the pair indulges almost exclusively in teal through its Swoosh, upper collar and heel counter while the lofty explorations of the established two hues pair together amidst its white midsole and blue tread underfoot. While bright orange embroidery would match to a T, the pair instead indulges in pale golden branding affixed to its tongue and heel counter in conclusion.
While we sit tight on a release date for the pair expected to retail for $100, in the meantime enjoy official images of the Air Jordan 1 Low “Dolphins”.
