atmos is something of a free agent, teaming up with many of the sneaker industry’s best. But even despite several joint efforts with the likes of New Balance and ASICS, the boutique can’t quite leave the Three Stripes behind. To ring in the new year, the legendary Japanese storefront is once again teaming up with adidas, this time on a bold, “What The” style colorway of the ZX 8000.
Referencing their several visits to the iconic silhouette, the atmos x adidas ZX 8000 “Mash Up” is comprised of many a disparate panel. A history lesson in the “G-SNK” series, the pair’s nods begin with the “Aqua” and “Black,” both of which made their debut back in 2011. Elsewhere, the colorway pays homage to a few more recent releases — namely, the “Green” from 2020, the “Germany” from 2011, and the “TJ” from 2022, the latter of which draws inspiration from a sample an entire decade its senior.

In other news, the Air Jordan 11 Low Cement Grey is releasing in kids sizes!
