Nike Dangles Metal Charms On The Women’s Air Max 1

Nike Dangles Metal Charms On The Women’s Air Max 1

A full slate of women’s exclusive Air Max 1 releases are arriving throughout the month of March surrounding the Air Max Day festivities. In addition to a classic “Safari” edition as well as an “Animal Pack” rendition, Nike is delivering one of its most ornate editions yet.

Based on these official images, a laundry list of distinct detailing is infused into this 35-year-old model. An elegant, Spring-friendly pattern is painted onto the canvas quarter panel and heel, while a soft light cream covers the suede midsole. Opaque outsoles are tinted with a rainbow-colored gradient, while the tongue features a textured lining for a premium effect. Finally, metallic charms dangle on the outer half of the heel, mimicking the appearance of an anklet.

A firm release date is not yet disclosed, but expect these in March 2023.

Also coming in March: the $400 Tiffany Air Force 1.
