The Nike Air Force 1 Low continues to celebrate its 40th anniversary in style.
Recently, a kid’s-exclusive version of Bruce Kilgore’s design from 1983 appeared with multiple colors and velcro accessories. Akin to the fan-favorite Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Doernbecher” from February, the latest Grade School offering features fabric panels across the upper. Leather construction also joins the mix, nodding to Air Force 1 heritage. Hits of yellow, red, and blue land throughout the shoe, leaving most of the velcro material to enjoy a plain beige hue. Swooshes on the sides also get a fabric makeover, delivering “Tiffany Blue”-like flair in the process. Underfoot, an all-white sole unit contrasts the upper, while included velcro patches bring street-style to the iconic sneaker design.
Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead. No firm nike.com launch details have been shared by the brand, but that’s likely to change soon.
