Michael Le Back in February, Moncler announced their newest collaborative initiative: “The Art of Genius.” Evolving upon their existing Genius platform, which began back in 2018, the project sets out to bring various artistic worlds together under one roof. adidas was among one of many invitees — and for their debut collection with the Italian luxury brand, the Three Stripes are revealing to us the “Art of Exploration.”
Earlier this year, several pieces from the upcoming collection were shared alongside the announcement. In addition to Trefoil-branded puffer jackets, quilted joggers, and countless accessories, Moncler and adidas unveiled an early look at their collaborative NMD S1. And much like this pair, the two’s newly-revealed sneaker bears a striking resemblance to the aforementioned pieces, featuring a padded upper dressed in bold neon green and deep blue ripstop. What’s more, the model features co-branding throughout and the sole of the ever-iconic Superstar.
