From being tossed around at Pike Place Market to swimming around the over 30 hatcheries within Oregon, tasty game fish can be found in abundance out in the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by Brook, Rainbow and Cutthroat species of trout, the elegantly Nike Dunk Low SE becomes the latest catch from the Beaverton brand this Friday.
Executing a heavily detailed ensemble, the silhouette looks to a dominant dark olive introduction as the suede-treated overlays oppose the clad cream sole unit underfoot. In contrast to the jet-black laces and collar lining, a titular injection of “Safety Orange” cures the ripstop tongue, threaded midsole and suede heel tab accompanied by a seldom sliver of pink. Elsewhere an “Alabaster” yellow tint fills the scaled and toothed mid-foot Swoosh bearing an iridescent finish while additionally filling the vermiculation pattern strewn atop the woven jet-black base layer. The silhouette doesn’t leave any stone or panel unturned as Trout motifs close out the effort at the white tongue tab and bright pink insoles.
The Nike Dunk Low SE “Trout” is scheduled to release tomorrow, June 16th, for a retail price of $110 in adult sizing. In the meantime, enjoy one last look at the upcoming pair below alongside our accompanying store list.
