“Light Bone” Takes Over The Nike Air Max Plus

“Light Bone” Takes Over The Nike Air Max Plus

Currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Nike Air Max Plus has emerged in handfuls of compelling styles over the past seven months. Sean McDowell’s iconic design is still set to return in original color schemes, but it’ll land in a “Light Bone” and “Olive” arrangement first.

Fabric base layers set the stage for leather and TPU overlays throughout the upper. The wavy, palm tree-inspired strips across the forefoot, mid-foot, and heel indulge in an “Olive” gradient finish that harkens back to the original Air Max Plus. Canvas strips replace traditional construction along the tongue, injecting a tactical touch into the Tuned Air silhouette. Sole units underfoot join the two-tone color scheme, with visible Air units, stability shanks, and outsoles bringing the dark green hue below.

No firm nike.com launch details have been disclosed by the brand, but that’s likely to change soon. While you wait, enjoy official photos of the pair ahead.

In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 1 is set to release in more styles before the year ends.
