Included in the latest batch of adidas Yeezy offerings is the Yeezy 700 v3 “Azael”, the third model in the much-celebrated 700 line of lifestyle running footwear.

Most infamous for appearing in an exchange of gifts between Kanye West and DJ Khaled on an air-strip, the Yeezy 700 v3 originally released in December of 2019, months before the world was blindsided by the global COVID-19 pandemic. The shoes were immediately praised for its sleek, alien-esque design, although many considered it too far a departure from the 700 and 700 v2 models that championed the “chunky” sneaker look. It lacked Boost cushioning and forwent the chiseled midsole for one clear of any sort of texture, but the lowered $200 MSRP was something all Yeezy fans could get on board with.

Currently, the shoes are expected to release at select adidas Yeezy retailers on August 28th. Additionally, the adidas Confirmed App is expected to launch the shoes on the App beginning on August 23rd (exact date TBD).
