Sitting at first overall in the AFC East behind a 6-3 record, the Miami Dolphins have quickly garnered a vast amount of attention this season behind the play of Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill alongside the ever-presiding anticipation of an iconic Mike McDaniel mic-drop. From a 70-point performance in September to playing their Week 9 matchup in Frankfurt, Germany, The Fins will be adding an unofficial pack of Nike footwear to its growing list of recent accomplishments.

Joining the recently previewed Nike Dunk Low, the Beaverton brand has seemingly enacted the beginnings of a Miami-based collection with the latest appearance of a turquoise and orange accented Nike Cortez. Constructed using a blank white leather base, the textile tongue, laces and mesh inner lining amplify the colorless backdrop before the Dolphins staple accents enter the mix. Bearing a more teal-tinted real estate, vibrant “Dusty Cactus” hues animate the profile swooshes, heel tab and tongue tabs while streaks of “Mars Clay” cascade across the midsole in a fashion overtly synonymous with the 1972 construction.

The Nike Cortez “Miami Dolphins” is currently expected to release in the spring of 2024 for a retail price of $90. In the meantime, the pair can be seen ahead in detailed imagery.

In other news from the Beaverton brand, the Kobe 6 “Reverse Grinch” arrives on December 16th.
