Ready for the transition from fall to winter.

Seasonal “Wheat” Appears On The Nike Air Max Plus

Every fall season – without fail – “Wheat” tinted colorways begin popping up at nauseum throughout the ecosystem. Holding a storied history with the rich neutral hue from clad heritage efforts to contemporary performance basketball solutions, Nike has since transitioned the barley-tinted shade along one of its most popular silhouettes from across the pond.

Joining the recently released SB Dunk Low with similar color coordination, the Nike Air Max Plus crafts the “Wheat” tinted mesh upper as the pair’s centerpiece. While color matches ascertain the laces and tongue, a striking set of jet-black contrasts begin to bleed up from the full-length mudguard into the gradient-infused TPU overlays for an immediate juxtaposition to the crisp white midsole underfoot. Despite lining the profile swooshes with a seldom white trim, the remaining embellishments reside in a pitch-dark vein through the heel counter, tred and mid-foot shank.

Enjoy a detailed look at the Nike Air Max Plus “Wheat/Black” below as we await further release details.
