A Nod to Minnesota with the “Navy/Green” New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2

The Timberwolves-like look for NB's newest performance model will hit shelves for Spring '24.

A Nod to Minnesota with the “Navy/Green” New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2

The newest unveiled model in their performance basketball line, the New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 kicked off in earnest just a few weeks ago. As the line figure to become part of NB’s everyday offerings, the newest colorway drapes the silhouette in a Timberwolves-esque “Navy & Green.”

A silhouette formulated with a ton of input from signature star Zach Lavine, the launch colorways for the BB Foam v2 have maintained a balance between lifestyle and court-ready pallettes. In the latter category, it seems a theme is starting to take shape. Of course, they had to arrive in Bulls Black & Red, but this newest pair harkens to Lavine’s career beginnings. Though not an officially stated link, the navy & neon green shades are a dead ringer for the Timberwolves home jerseys.

Regardless of your NBA affiliations, the New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 represent the imprint’s renewed focus towards performance sneakers and are a perfect candidate for your next run. No official release date for these has been set, but you can expect these to hit retailers in the near future. They’ll carry a retail price of $130 when they do.

In other news coming out of Boston, Danielle Cathari previewed her first collaboration with the brand on the New Balance 991v2.
